Nightshades: The Out
One public example from the four-video Nightshades series supported through KFS production and studio infrastructure.
Field note
What the production needed.
Give Nightshades a controlled studio environment for multiple music-video pieces while keeping the stage, gear, crew movement and production schedule practical inside the old KFS space.
Field note
Where the day could break.
The project needed a black-box performance world, controlled lighting, haze, camera movement, band coverage and enough physical infrastructure to make several related videos feel intentional rather than improvised.
Field note
Turning the plan into a working set.
KFS treated the project as a producer-led studio operation: stage access, equipment, crew coordination, logistics and production oversight supported the creative team while Harrison Mendel's cinematography and the old KFS space shaped a flexible performance environment.
Field note
What left the production.
The Nightshades collaboration resulted in four public videos, local press coverage and strong BTS proof of the physical studio in use: camera, dolly, monitors, haze, hard light, crew and performance infrastructure.
