What is Kelowna Film Studios?
The first KFS stage opened in 2022. The physical space is now historical, and the company works around production services and regional support.
Kelowna Film Studios started with a physical stage in Kelowna. The original space included production rooms, power, parking, a lighting grid and support areas that helped local projects work in a controlled environment.
That first version of KFS is important history, but it should not be read as current facility availability. The original stage is no longer offered as a general venue, hall, rehearsal room, event space or studio rental.
KFS now operates around production services, field production, local crew and vendor coordination, locations, logistics, equipment planning and practical support for commercial, documentary, branded, broadcast and film work in Kelowna and the Okanagan.
The simple answer is this: Kelowna Film Studios is a production company and local production partner, shaped by what it learned running a physical studio.
