FEASIBILITY

Feasibility before commitments

We test the project ask against location access, schedule, crew, equipment, travel, weather, sound, power, permits and budget assumptions before anyone starts booking around guesses.

OWNERSHIP

Local departments with clear ownership

KFS can own the full Okanagan layer or a defined department: locations, crew, gear, transport, production management, EPK, BTS, data or delivery support.

SCALE

Scale without pretending

We identify what can be sourced locally, what should come through trusted regional partners, and what should travel from Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal or Los Angeles.

DELIVERY

Delivery is part of production

Timecode, backups, drive handoff, broadcaster specs, versioning, captions, upload portals and shipping are treated as production responsibilities, not postscript chaos.

Use KFS for the local production layer.

VISITING TEAMS

A visiting team needs local ownership.

The production already has a director, agency, producer or client lead, but needs someone in the Okanagan to make the region executable: locations, crew, gear, transport, access, prep, data and handoff.

PRODUCTION

The job is bigger than a single operator.

Some projects need camera work. Others need local producing, scheduling, permits, sound strategy, equipment, runners, power, parking, client movement and the confidence that every piece connects.

LOCATIONS

The location has to work, not just look good.

A scout photo is not enough. KFS tests the reality around the frame: sound, access, load-in, weather, neighbours, basecamp, vehicles, bathrooms, safety, power and company moves.

FINISHING

The delivery list cannot be guessed later.

Broadcast, EPK, agency, social and paid-media projects need versioning, captions, audio loudness, frame requirements, filenames, upload portals and approval paths considered before production.

Camera, lighting and sound crew filming a kitchen scene

One plan from prep to delivery.

Brief, roles, budget, feasibility, prep, production, data, versions and delivery are treated as one production plan. The production team keeps momentum while the local realities are handled by people who know the region.
