Princeton BTS Contact Sheets
Use image numbers for BTS, truck, crew, camera and VFX-frame replacement notes.
REVIEW DASHBOARD
Links first, taste notes second. If something is obviously broken or awkward, treat it as a fix rather than a new design debate.
PAGE LINKS
Start with the full site link, then jump into any page that feels off. This dashboard is only a review front door.
June 17 prelaunch gate is clean: static build, internal links, redirects, sitemap, image references, metadata, YouTube embeds and external links passed.
All 114 known current live sitemap URLs are accounted for: 49 preserve their path, 65 redirect, and 0 are uncovered.
No hard technical blockers are known. The remaining launch call is visual/taste approval plus production Cloudflare/Pages cutover.
Gear replacement is not part of this launch. The KFS gear page should continue bridging to the current gear route until the rental app clears its own backend/payment/calendar blockers.
Princeton now has BTS added from Sony RAW, phone video and 35mm film sources; review the case-study gallery and the contact sheets below for stronger selects.
Airbnb is public with real BTS from the uploaded Les Enfants / VML folder, but it remains non-featured until the final hierarchy and image choices are approved.
Fresh BTS proof has been added to The Keepers, with one extra ABC / Brent production-detail image added from existing site assets.
The Keepers is now a must-show case study with a visible recognition block. Review whether the Leo nominations, Okanagan Screen Awards wins, old KFS stage story and image choices feel launch-ready.
A shared awards database now exists for KFS and JAF references: data/film-awards.json, with a readable summary in docs/film_awards_database_2026-06-17.md.
A shared project-credit registry now exists for KFS and JAF references: docs/project_credit_source_registry_2026-06-17.md, with a crew review panel at /crew-review.
Nightshades is now classified as KFS producer / executive-producer and studio-infrastructure proof, not a JAF director/DP project.
Nightshades now has four public videos, local press/source links, and a full public crew list drawn from the YouTube descriptions James flagged.
The homepage now has a stronger logo-proof system. Call out any relationship mark that feels too loud, too small, or unclear.
Work is the case-study section. Video Work is the public finished-video archive.
Contact is direct-email today; the SendGrid + Turnstile form path is still the main functional blocker.
ASSET SHEETS
Use these when the issue is image selection, not page layout.
Use image numbers for BTS, truck, crew, camera and VFX-frame replacement notes.
Useful for picking better service-production proof: KFS truck, crew movement, monitor, locations and Les Enfants context.
Use these only for KFS producer / executive-producer and old-stage infrastructure proof. Do not move this into JAF unless a separate director/DP credit is confirmed.

Open PageDECISION TOOL
Use this for repeated page and image judgement. Your choices are saved in this browser, and the JSON export gives Codex a concrete next pass without making you dictate every yes, no, and replace again.
Does the first screen, logo proof, case-study sequence and infrastructure proof feel ready for producers and agencies?
Are the must-show projects in the right order, with no weak cards, repeated images, or awkward title wrapping?
Does finished public video work feel easy to find, useful, and not hidden behind the case-study section?
Do location examples, regional credibility, and Chateau Okanagan treatment feel specific enough without repeated imagery?
Does this feel like must-show KFS proof with old-stage context, VFX/Leo-nomination weight, and good BTS/still selection?
Does this read correctly as KFS producer / executive-producer proof rather than a James Alton Films director/DP project?
Do migrated and new articles feel readable, visually supported, and not like naked text dumps?
Do the company story, James/Marie profiles, links and images feel accurate, current and credible?
Is direct-email contact acceptable for launch, or does this need to wait for SendGrid / Turnstile form completion?
REVIEW PROMPTS
LAUNCH RULE
Before production cutover, every primary page should have confident copy, appropriate hero imagery, working internal links, clean mobile layout and a reason to exist for search and for visiting producers.
