What the project needed.
Translate a host-led neighbourhood campaign into a workable Kelowna production spanning local businesses, residential material and recognizable outdoor locations.
What had to work.
A travelling agency and production team needed one accountable local contact across changing requirements, four public and private locations, municipal coordination, sound, transport, equipment and releases.
How KFS handled it.
KFS coordinated local research, permits, parking, releases, transport, equipment contingency, sound, schedules and location support, working with the Les Enfants production team and VML agency team.
What came out of it.
The visiting team completed its Kelowna production with locations, permits, transport, sound, equipment support and company moves handled locally by KFS.
