A production-only conference support engagement that helped extend BrainTrust Canada's West Coast Brain Injury Conference to people who could not attend in person.

What the project needed.
Support a paid, in-person professional conference with a practical hybrid access path so remote staff, members and stakeholders could receive the same core information without travelling to the room.
What had to work.
Conference rooms are built first for the people in the venue. The remote audience still needs clean picture, reliable speech audio and a stable handoff into the meeting platform without disrupting presenters, ticketed attendees or the event schedule.
How KFS handled it.
KFS set cameras in the room, patched audio from the venue, ran a live-production table and sent the program to remote attendees through Zoom.
What came out of it.
The conference ran normally in the room while remote attendees received a stable picture, clear presentation audio and uninterrupted Zoom access.
