What the project needed.
Give the visiting director and camera team a controlled local stage, professional lighting / grip support and a practical production path for a film-shot product commercial.
What had to work.
The tabletop and product-focused work needed a black-box stage, dolly movement, lighting control, grip support and local coordination without turning the spot into a larger footprint than required.
How KFS handled it.
KFS coordinated the former studio, stage access and Pacific Backlot lighting, grip and dolly rentals. David Peacock directed, with Harrison Mendel and Alex Botton leading camera.
What came out of it.
The finished 16mm commercial credits the former KFS stage as the studio location and Pacific Backlot for lighting and grip support.
