What the project needed.
Give a new Kelowna thermal spa video and photo material that could make its rooms, rituals and launch story legible before guests arrived in person.
What had to work.
The spa had a lot to show in a compact footprint: thermal rooms, a snow room, bath and treatment spaces, scalp-spa service, exterior opening context and actors moving through the experience. The production had to bring lighting and camera control into service rooms without making the wellness environment feel crowded.
How KFS handled it.
KFS kept the footprint practical: truck and gear load-in, exterior setup, camera and lighting staged room by room, and actors directed through the ritual spaces so the finished material could show an experience rather than a static amenities list.
What came out of it.
The launch package gave Cleopatra's Rituals polished local commercial material for its opening, with later media coverage highlighting the spa's snow room and thermal rituals.
