What the project needed.
Support SandBay's Kelowna conference interview capture with a local production package that could hold clean interviews through a busy multi-day event.
What had to work.
The project had to work inside an active conference environment over multiple production days. Interviews needed clean lighting, reliable two-camera coverage, dependable speech audio and a practical media handoff without turning the event space into a full film set.
How KFS handled it.
The setup prioritized controlled interview light, layered background angles, practical camera placement, lens choices and a dependable audio path while SandBay's team guided the interview flow.
What came out of it.
Across the March 4-5, 2026 production window, the team captured conference interview material using separate RED camera files, Sony camera files and Zoom audio records for SandBay's post-production workflow.
