What the project needed.
Show location managers and producers how Princeton and its surrounding landscape could represent several distinct looks, from western and noir to post-apocalyptic and science-fiction settings.
What had to work.
Five distinct locations had to fit into one day, including rugged access and off-road movement. The actor and camera setup also had to stay precise enough that each background change felt immersive and intentional rather than like a disconnected montage.
How KFS handled it.
James Alton and Norm Coyne scouted the region in advance and built the day around travel time, access, visual contrast and a repeatable performer frame. Harrison Mendel photographed the campaign with Noah Dorsey, Jaden Reid and Aidan McLane supporting camera and lighting while KFS supplied crew, grip, equipment and F-150 Lightning mobile production power. Gneiss Stuff VFX later added a targeted science-fiction element.
What came out of it.
The production completed all five locations in one day and delivered the raw campaign footage plus coordinated VFX. The actor-framing device made Princeton's range easy to feel on screen, while the electric truck transported five crew and equipment from Kelowna, powered the location work, recharged during dinner and returned home without a generator stop.
