Camera movement is strongest when it has a job. A push, drift, handheld move, slider move, drone move or locked-off frame all tell the audience how to read the moment.

The question is not whether the camera can move. The question is whether the movement reveals something, adds pressure, follows performance, changes perspective or helps the viewer understand the idea.
When movement is added only because a tool is available, the shot can feel expensive but empty. When it is planned with the scene, it can make a simple setup feel deliberate.
